Product description of 3~5 Ton Single Beam Bridge Crane With Electric Hydraulic Double Flap
Grab:
LZ grab bridge crane is based on LDA and travels with the grab
bucket through a wire rope hoist or a hoist trolley.Cranes
generally work indoors, and the working environment temperature is
-20℃~50℃.The grab can be customized according to customer needs.
The split electro-hydraulic grab can be used in water.
The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 85%. The crane
adopts a single main beam structure, and uses an electric hoist as
a lifting mechanism, which is suspended on the lower edge of the
main beam for lateral movement.
Ground operation adopts squirrel cage motor with self-contained
plane brake. Conical winding brake motor is used when operating in
the cab. The brake is a conical brake. The reducer adopts one-open
and one-close or one-open and two-close involute gear deceleration.

LDZ type electric overhead single girder grab crane is a light
lifting equipment with the lifting mechanism of electric grab,and
it can travel on the rails with suitable structure,the whole crane

supports,its shape looks like a bridge.Single girder overhead crane
runs longitudinally along the rails laid on the elevated on the

Control method:
LDZ type single girder overhead grab crane mainly has two operation
methods:ground control and air cabin control with closed model or
open model;cabin can be installed on the right side or left side of
crane according to the practical situation.And the direction of
entering the gate has two forms:sideways and ends in order to
satisfy the users’ choice ,users’ different conditions.
Application:
Single girder overhead crane is a main tool and equipment for
mechanization and automation of processing in the modern industrial
manufacturing and lifting transportation areas.Single girder
overhead grab crane is mainly equipped with light class grab for
grabbing and transporting materials,so this type crane mainly used
for grabbing places such as lump coal, coke, slag, cement and so
on.
Product configuration:
LDZ type single girder grab overhead crane mainly includes four
parts:mental structure part(main beam and end beam,sometimes
including traveling tracks),trolley and crane traveling
mechanism,electrical control part and lifting mechanism.
1. Mental Structure Parts: main beam, end beams, traveling tracks;
(1) The main beam adopts the U-shaped groove formed by the steel
plate,and then forms the box-shaped beam with the I-beam.The end
beams are also rolled into the U-shaped groove with the steel
plate,welded into the box-shaped end beams.The main beam and end
beams are connected by bolts.
(2)We can supply traveling tracks and bus bar for clients according
to customers’ requirements.There have three methods of tracks’
installation:Welding method; bolt fixing method; hook bolt method.
2.Traveling Mechanism: trolley traveling mechanism and crane
traveling mechanism.
The traveling of electric wire rope hoist and crane is controlled
separately;and traveling motors adopts soft-start squirrel cage
with disc-brake;The traveling speed of them is about 20 or 30m/min.
3.Electrical Parts are equipped by famous international electrical brands,The power
supply system of the single-girder bridge crane adopts "multi-level
seamless sliding line".
4. Hoisting Mechanism:The hoisting motor adopts a large starting torque conical rotor
Squirrel cage motor with disc brake; the hoisting mechanism uses
light class grab.
