Main Features:

1. Column

The column supports and fixes the rotating arm of the jib crane, and its upper and lower supports are composed of single-row tapered roller bearings that bear radial and axial forces.

2. Swing arm

The rotating arm is welded by the combination of I-beam and support. Its function is to realize the horizontal movement of the electric or manual trolley and the up and down movements of the hoist. It can rotate around the column. The rotation angle is generally divided into 360°, 270°, 180° (Can be customized according to customer needs).

3. Support arm and reducer

The support arm supports the rotating arm and increases the bending resistance and strength of the rotating arm. The roller is driven by the reducer to realize the electric rotation of the jib crane.

4. Lifting hoist

The hoisting mechanism of the jib crane can be equipped with a manual hoist, an electric chain hoist and an electric wire rope hoist. The hoist lifts heavy objects and moves horizontally along the jib crane by a manual or electric trolley, which increases the working range of the jib crane.

5. Electrical part

The electrical part adopts the C-rail plus flat cable power supply system, the low-voltage indirect control safety voltage is operated, and the control is realized by the flashlight door button;
