Insulation bridge crane 5~20tons lifting height 16m QY type with cabin

Description & Application:

The QY type insulated filling crane is based on the general insulation overhead crane by adding a filling trolley to complete the following process operations:

1.Adding aluminum fluoride to the electrolytic tank;

2.Lifting of the electrolyzer upper mechanism and the tank shell;

3.Discharge and metering of aluminum;

4.Lifting of anode busbar lifting frame;

5.Other sporadic lifting operations in the electrolysis plant;

It is mainly used in the environment of high temperature molten salt, high current, strong magnetic field, dusty and hydrogen fluoride atmosphere in the electrolysis plant.

This crane has a heavy grade working class, therefore, for lifting safety, the lifting mechanism is equipped with double braking device.

The operation mode is generally cabin control; both driver's room and electrical room are equipped with industrial heating and cooling air conditioning.

Product configuration:

The QY type insulated filling crane is composed of a bridge, traveling mechanism, a tool trolley, an outgoing aluminum trolley, a filling trolley, an electrical control system, an air compressor and a gas circuit control system, a hydraulic station and an oil circuit control system.

This type crane adopts the structure of three beams and three trolleys, the main beam is paved with a track for trolley traveling, and the offset track is arranged, the lifting trolley and aluminum trolley run on the same track, the filling trolley runs on the other side of the track.

The trolley traveling mechanism adopts 8 wheels and 2 drives, with axle-mounted three-in-one reducer, with horizontal guiding wheel, and a tool trolley for lifting general goods.

The tool trolley is used for lifting general goods, the lifting mechanism is similar to hook bridge crane, the traveling mechanism adopts axle-mounted three-in-one drive.

Aluminum trolley is a special mechanism for aluminum and heavy lifting. The structure form is the same as the tool trolley. To ensure that the hook does not swing, there is a rigid guide frame. And the aluminum is weighed by electronic scale, which can display the single slot aluminum absorption and accumulation amount and total weight on the big screen.

The traveling mechanism adopts shaft-mounted three-in-one drive. The hook is insulated and anti-magnetic.Filling trolley is composed of traveling mechanism, frame, silo, down tube winch device, upper and lower limit level meter of silo, electronic measuring device of material level and down valve etc. The traveling mechanism adopts shaft-mounted three-in-one drive.
