Manufacturing standards:

QB type Explosion-proof crane is based on the crane, according to GB3836.1-2000 "explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments" and GB3836.2-2000 "electrical equipment for explosive environments isolated electrical equipment "d" design, with a reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, explosion-proof and other strong features. The performance of the whole crane conforms to JB/T5897 "explosion-proof overhead crane" standard, and has passed the inspection by the state-designated explosion-proof product inspection unit and obtained the explosion-proof certificate. Exdll BT4,Exdll CT4.

The whole crane and HB (BCD), HBS (BMD) type explosion-proof electric hoist supporting the use, lifting capacity 5 ~ 50/10 tons, span 10.5-31.5 meters, working duty is A3-A4.

Use environment:

Working environment is -25℃～+40℃. This type crane is suitable for use in plants where the explosion-proof capacity is not higher than class ll B or class ll C; the ignition temperature group is not lower than the T4 group of combustible gases or explosive gas mixtures formed by vapors and air. Widely used in chemical units of factories, warehouses, yards, the operation mode of this product is generally expressed as ground control; the cabin control can be selected according to customer requirements and operating conditions, the cabin is divided into open and closed, the installation form is divided into left and right, the entrance direction is divided into side and end, for users to choose according to their respective usage.

QB type Explosion Proof EOT crane adopts the central control room computer automatic control, can reduce the furnace and silicon rod tools from the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transit platform, rod removal tools and other positions between the automatic operation according to the set work route.

The type crane adopts lightweight, maintenance-free design, while a large number of applications of anti-static, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, wheels made of stainless steel, stainless steel grooves on both sides of the track, the reducer is fully enclosed, highly sealed without oil leakage pollution, high protection level fan-less explosion-proof motor, double-sealed brakes can effectively prevent the leakage of pollution particles generated by transmission wear in the motor.

Crane’s wheel set fully enclosed design, stainless steel wheels, the surface of other parts with high anti-rust treatment can effectively prevent metal material rust pollution, self-lubricating fully sealed bearings to avoid lubrication pollution.

Trolley and crane traveling mechanisms adopt laser barcode positioning, trolley laser barcode positioning reader is installed on the traveling trolley, and the barcode belt is installed on the main beam web of the crane. The crane positioning laser positioning reader is installed on the end beam, and the barcode belt is installed on the U-channel for collecting powder.
