Product description:

LDA type electric overhead single girder crane is a light lifting equipment with the lifting mechanism of CD/MD/HC electric wire rope hoist,and it can travel on the rails with suitable structure,the whole crane has strong rigidity.

This type crane sit on the tall concrete pillars or mental supports,its shape looks like a bridge.Single girder overhead crane runs longitudinally along the rails laid on the elevated on the both sides.This is able enough to lift materials under the bridge without being hindered by the ground cargo.Single girder overhead crane is one of the most used and largest number of lifting machinery.

Control method:

LDA type single girder overhead crane mainly has two operation methods:ground control and air cabin control with closed model or open model;cabin can be installed on the right side or left side of crane according to the practical situation.And the direction of entering the gate has two forms:sideways and ends in order to satisfy the users’ choice ,users’ different conditions.

Single girder overhead crane is a main tool and equipment for mechanization and automation of processing in the modern industrial manufacturing and lifting transportation areas.Therefore, it can be widely used in outdoors and indoors such as mines,steel mills,chemistry industry,railway transportation,harbour and logistics turnover and other departments or places.

Product configuration:

LDA type single girder overhead crane mainly includes four parts:mental structure part(main beam and end beam,sometimes including traveling tracks),trolley and crane traveling mechanism,electrical control part and lifting mechanism.

1. Mental Structure Parts: main beam, end beams, traveling tracks;

(1) The main beam adopts the U-shaped groove formed by the steel plate,and then forms the box-shaped beam with the I-beam.The end beams are also rolled into the U-shaped groove with the steel plate,welded into the box-shaped end beams.The main beam and end beams are connected by bolts.

(2)We can supply traveling tracks and bus bar for clients according to customers’ requirements.There have three methods of tracks’ installation:Welding method; bolt fixing method; hook bolt method.

2.Traveling Mechanism: trolley traveling mechanism and crane traveling mechanism.

The traveling of electric wire rope hoist and crane is controlled separately;and traveling motors adopts soft-start squirrel cage with disc-brake;The traveling speed of them is about 20m/min.

3.Electrical Parts are equipped by famous international electrical brands,The power supply system of the single-girder bridge crane adopts "multi-level seamless sliding line".

4.Hoisting Mechanism:The hoisting motor adopts a large starting torque conical rotor Squirrel cage motor with disc brake; the hoisting mechanism uses CD/MD/HC electric wire rope hoist;

(1)The hoisting mechanism of the electric hoist mainly includes a motor, a coupling, a reel, a reducer, and a hook;

(2)The trolley traveling mechanism is composed of an electric trolley, a traveling motor, a traveling reducer, and a driven trolley;

(3)The electrical device of the hoist is controlled by electricity,it is composed of a box and a limiter, including a button switch, and the operating voltage of the button switch is 36V.
